Here I'll share some of my favorite recipes. I just have to upload them now...
This is a pastry for Holy Week or Passover. Legend is that it’s a recipe from a chef of one of Italy’s king. It’s a simple pastry of just eggs and sugar which made it a favorite of Italian Jews. It’s a sweet and light almond treat.
